It introduces the science of dental composite treatment in order to ensure students understand how to achieve optimum and predictable results. Students will also be given insight into the latest advances in dental composite treatment and Cad Cam technology and learn what factors lead to the failure of a restoration. The properties of specific dental materials will be explained in order that students appreciate the indications for their use and application. Students will also observe actual treatments essential prior to independent practice.
